At The Kumbhar, we carefully pack and ship every order to ensure your handcrafted terracotta products reach you safely.

Processing & Delivery Timelines Once your order is successfully placed and processed, it will be dispatched from our facility. Under normal circumstances, your order will be delivered within 5 to 7 working days.

Potential Delays While we strive to meet these delivery timelines on every order, please note that shipments may occasionally be delayed due to unforeseen logistics constraints, weather conditions, or heavy volume periods with our courier partners. We appreciate your patience and understanding if such a delay occurs.

Tracking Your Order Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link so you can monitor your package's journey.
