At The Kumbhar, we take great pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our handcrafted terracotta products. Because our items are fragile and made from natural clay, we have a strict return policy to ensure the highest standards for all our customers.
Damaged or Defective Items We only accept returns or issue refunds if the product you received is delivered in a damaged or defective condition.
If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
To start a return for a damaged item:
- Email us at thekumbhar07@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and clear photographs of the damaged product and the packaging it arrived in.
- Once we review your request, we will provide instructions on how to proceed with a replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items Please note that because of the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for any reason other than damage upon arrival (e.g., change of mind, natural variations in the clay, etc.).
