Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days across India. Express delivery (2–3 business days) is available at checkout for most PIN codes. Orders placed before 2 PM IST are dispatched the same day.
Currently we ship only within India. International shipping is coming soon. If you're outside India and interested, write to us and we'll notify you when it's available.
Yes — we strongly recommend soaking the pot in clean water for 6–8 hours before first use. This fills the clay pores, prevents an earthy taste in water, and extends the pot's life significantly.
Completely normal — and actually a good sign! The earthy smell indicates genuine unglazed terracotta. It fades within 5–7 days of regular use. Some customers find the mild earthiness pleasant and refreshing.
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused products in original packaging. Contact us first — we'll guide you through the process. Return shipping is free for defective products. For change-of-mind returns, a small shipping fee applies.

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via SMS and email. You can also track your order on our Track Order page using your order number and email address.
We're so sorry to hear that. Please take a photo of the damaged product and packaging, then contact us via WhatsApp or email within 48 hours of delivery. We'll send a replacement at absolutely no cost to you.
Hand wash only with a soft cloth and plain water. Never use soap, detergent, or bleach inside the pot — it destroys the natural clay properties and can leach chemicals into your water. Air dry completely before refilling.
For 1–2 people: 5L. For a family of 3–4: 8L or 10L. For 5+ people or an office: 12L or 15L. We recommend refilling daily for best freshness regardless of size.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. The amount is credited back to your original payment method. UPI and bank transfers are typically faster than card refunds.
